Mining Expert Dr. Sixtus Mulenga says the localizing of the mining cadaster management system which is currently hosted in South Africa is a good move because Zambia’s mining information must be domiciled locally.
In welcoming this decision in an interview with phoenix news, Dr. Mulenga says information about mining minerals must be in Zambia especially information regarding natural resources endowment.
Dr. Mulenga says this decision is inevitable especially that a cadaster takes stock of what a country has potentially and the actual in terms of minerals.
