JOSPHAT Mwangi has been appointed as the new general manager for Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia.
Mwangi transitions to the Zambian team from Kenya, where he had been serving as the commercial director since June 2020.
Renowned for his robust and consistent performance, Mwangi has significantly contributed to one of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA's) largest and most successful markets.
He is celebrated for his ability to build a cohesive, committed and passionate team.
Outside of his professional achievements, Mwangi is an avid mountaineer, having successfully summited Mount Kenya, Kilimanjaro and Imja Tse in Nepal.
CCBA's Chief Operating Officer Gavin Hudson extended his congratulations to Mwangi, expressing confidence in his ability to lead the Zambian team.
“I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Hugoh Ndudzo for standing in as Acting General Manager for the last couple of months and for ensuring continuity and a smooth transition during this time,” stated Hudson.
