UPDATE: ZESCO LOADSHEDDING SCHEDULE

JUST IN: ZESCO Limited announces a new 12-hour staggered load shedding schedule for Lusaka, effective May 27, 2024. 

This approach aims to minimize the impact on customers as much as possible. 

Comprehensive schedules for other areas will be announced later. ZESCO acknowledges the challenges this situation presents and encourages everyone to adopt energy-efficient practices to alleviate pressure on the grid and ensure power availability for critical infrastructure.
