POLICE in Lusaka are combing the capital city in search for one of their own officers who took matters to his own manhood and mercilessly raped two male detainees left under his watch.
According to narrations of the shocking incident which happened on the cold evening of May 28, constable Moses Muntanga was manning Lusaka's Kalundu Police Post alone with four suspects in the cells.
It is reported that at about 19:30 hours, Constable Muntanga went and picked Tinashe Banda who was detained for disorderly conduct and released him after severe warning.
Then around 20:30 hours, the officer went back to the holding cells and collected a 34 year old theft suspect identified as Aubrey Chilufya and took him the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) office.
Once the in the CID office, at gunpoint Constable Muntanga handcuffed Chilufya undressed him and applied Vaseline on his manhood after which the officer stripped off his combat trousers and instructed the suspect to vandalise his anus.
Despite the threat of being shot, Chilufya refused to do the unthinkable to the officer and was dumped back in the detention cells.
Constable Muntanga then picked another theft suspect identified as Luka Banda aged 38 and also threatened to shoot him if he did not do as instructed.
This time, the suspect agreed to penetrate and destroy the Lilayi-trained bottom which he eventually filled with baby-making fluids.
Not satisfied and with dripping fluids, constable Muntanga went back to the cells and obtained another suspect, Geoffrey Kaluba aged 28.
At gunpoint again, Constable Muntanga handcuffed the suspect, pulled his trousers down, marinated his rectum with Vaseline and procceded to drill him mercilessly.
So painful was the ordeal that Kaluba wiggled and screamed until the officer's manhood came out before he was returned to the cell and promised to be released in the morning.
After undergoing a night of Queen B horror, the suspects reported the matter in the morning.
However, attempts to arrest Constable Muntanga have not yielded fruit as he is on the run with a surely painful exhaust.
Zambia Police Service spokesperson Rae Hamoonga has confirmed that constantable Muntanga is on the run and a manhunt for him is currently on.
