Speaker of the National Assembly NELLY MUTTI has urged Zambians living in the diaspora to take advantage of opportunities they have and invest back home.
Ms. MUTTI says doing so will help in addressing social economic challenges and create wealth.
She has also urged them to unite as Zambians and continue to network while they work in the foreign country.
Ms. MUTTI was speaking during a networking dinner hosted by Zambia’s High Commission to Ghana RICHARD MWANZA for her visit to that country with some Members of Parliament.
The Speaker is leading the Parliamentary Standing Orders Committee for a benchmarking exercise with Ghanaian Legislative Authorities.
Ms. MUTTI is accompanied by Leader of the opposition in Parliament BRIAN MUNDUBILE, Government Chief Whip STANDFORD MULUSA, Shiwang’andu MP STEPHEN KAMPYONGO, Mwembeshi MP JAMBA MACHILA and Kawambwa Constituency MP NICKSON CHILANGWA among other delegatio
members.
And Zambia’s High Commission to Ghana RICHARD MWANZA said the staff at the embassy is available to work with any one on developmental agenda meant to benefits the nation.
